Working With The Music Connection Orchestra... Is Easy!

When you hire The Music Connection Orchestra…

Call us anytime with your questions in regards to your event. We can provide suggestions for most questions based on our many years of event entertainment experience. You will have an “official” meeting to finalize plans about 4-6 weeks before your event.

4-6 weeks before your event…

By this time, final plans start to come together. A successful party is one that is organized. We will have a meeting 4-6 weeks before your event to formalize the schedule and particulars of the party. Although things may change even after this date, this will give everyone a basic roadmap to follow. Depending on the event you are planning, some of the things we will discuss will include:

· Ceremony and/or Cocktail Music – we can provide music for ceremonies or the cocktail hour as well.

· Music for 1st Dance, Mother-Son, Father-Daughter, Special Requests, etc. – we have an extensive repertoire and can also provide suggestions for these special songs. If we don’t know a song that you request, we will learn it for you.

· Toasts and Announcements – for those that would like to make special acknowledgements.

Is to have a great time at a party that you’ve put your time and effort into. This is your day to enjoy. We firmly believe that when you hire professionals, you should expect professional service. We will provide great entertainment, emcee, and handle the announcements. We will be the glue that keeps it all together and makes your party run smoothly. We want your guests to come away saying that this was the best party they have ever been to and that the entertainment was great. There are many age groups at the parties we play and we realize that there are many tastes to please. With our extensive repertoire and our specialty songs, which are fun with or without a partner, we have something for everybody. This is our goal.
